• Proven track record of building and scaling customer acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies including always-on and tactical paid media campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end digital campaign planning, execution, monitoring and optimization to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.
• Manage performance marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across digital channels.
• Drive customer acquisition and growth through advanced audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation.
• Oversee CRM customer segmentation, personalization and lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve engagement, retention and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, advertising platforms and CRM systems.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights to improve performance, optimize spending and increase marketing effectiveness.
• Identify new digital marketing channels, technologies, partnerships and innovative approaches to expand audience reach.
• Provide technical guidance on tracking, tagging, conversion measurement, landing page optimization and website performance.
• Collaborate with brand, content, creative and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective customer experiences.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports, channel analytics, budget utilization and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Ensure digital marketing activities comply with applicable advertising regulations and relevant policies.
• Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
