Job summary

EMT Distribution, based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced business development professional to drive growth across enterprise, government and mid-market segments in the GCC. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage channel partners and system integrators.

The role requires meeting revenue targets, delivering forecasts, and providing market insights and CRM reporting to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 4–5 years sales or business development in GCC market.
• Understanding of government, oil & gas, finance and telecom sectors.
• Proven record of meeting revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Valid GCC driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business with enterprise, government and mid-market customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, research, meetings, visits and exhibitions.
• Build and grow a sales pipeline aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and manage channel partners, resellers and system integrators in GCC and Levant.
• Serve as main contact for key customer and strategic vendor accounts.
• Develop a country-specific business development plan and execute against KPIs.
• Provide sales forecasts, market insights and CRM reporting.
