Job summary

You will drive strategic financial planning, reporting, and forecasting, guiding budgets and performance analyses across multiple countries while coaching BPA teams and aligning with corporate and regional leadership.

You will shape the cluster's strategy, manage complex stakeholder networks, and ensure timely financial insights and control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid country BPA experience, FP&A focus.
• International experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional/global strategies for own part of the organization.
• Lead financial reporting and planning processes for timely insights.
• Own detailed budget and forecast development for Global/Regional planning.
• Design early warning systems for financial tracking.
• Drive performance analyses across sales, expenses, and cash flow.
• Mentor BPA teams and ensure policy adherence.
