Acino Pharma in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior FP&A leader to act as a strategic finance partner to the Cluster Head and Leadership Team. You will own the full planning cycle, deliver insightful MBR analyses, and guide decision-making with scenario planning and robust financial insights.

You will monitor launches, manage distributor performance, and drive cost optimization while ensuring strong controls and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CFA or ACCA) preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience with FP&A and commercial finance.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience with pricing/reimbursement understanding.
• Experience in multi-country distributor-led models, Gulf/META markets.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic finance business partner to cluster head and leadership team.
• Lead Monthly Business Reviews with analyses of performance and opportunities.
• Provide forward-looking insights and scenario planning for growth.
• Own end-to-end financial planning: budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance of launches and portfolio initiatives.
• Manage distributor financial performance and working capital aspects.
• Track G2N, pricing, debit notes, and IMS vs sell-in trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain in S&OP processes.
• Drive cost-optimization and continuous-improvement across financial processes.
• Ensure strong controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
