Job summary

NTS Group is partnering with a leading technology company to recruit a Regional Head of FP&A based in Dubai. This crucial leadership role will drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the region to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

The successful candidate will lead the FP&A function, provide insights to senior leadership, and develop a high-performing team. A bachelor’s degree, extensive FP&A experience, and a strong technology sector background are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in the technology or digital sector is highly advantageous.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function across the region overseeing budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance and drive profitability.
• Develop robust financial models and tools to support scenario planning.
• Ensure alignment between regional financial goals and global corporate strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
• Deliver concise financial reporting and presentations to leadership.
