Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai is seeking a Manager FP&A to strengthen the Finance team in Jebel Ali. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and financial analysis to drive informed decision-making and governance across divisions, including VAT and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• CA or equivalent finance qualification is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, including at least 3 years in commercial finance/operational support.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and variance analysis.
• Good understanding of VAT, tax compliance, audit support and financial governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports and management packs highlighting performance and variances.
• Develop financial and MIS models to support pricing, intercompany rates, customer profitability and business analysis.
• Support feasibility studies, business cases and financial evaluations for expansions and initiatives.
• Monitor operational and financial KPIs, identify anomalies and provide analysis for corrective actions.
• Prepare CAPEX and AFE requests ensuring compliance with group policies.
• Review contracts, SLAs and profitability analyses to improve returns.
• Guide teams on VAT and tax compliance across sales and purchases.
