You will partner with finance, operations, and clinical teams to translate financial data into actionable insights, develop robust financial models, and oversee budgeting and performance analysis to guide management decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor actuals vs budgets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop detailed financial models for investments, expansions and new services.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and finance teams to deliver commercial insights.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and executive analyses.
