Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CFA/CPA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent professional qualification highly preferred.
• 15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior FP&A leadership role.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Experience with diversified groups, conglomerates, holding companies, family offices, or publicly listed organizations.
• Advanced financial modeling and business analytics capabilities.
• Experience managing and developing finance teams.

• Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes across the Group.
• Develop financial models and long-range plans to support corporate strategy and business growth.
• Drive planning standardization and governance across multiple business entities.
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
• Analyze business performance and profitability trends across business units.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Deliver business insights through financial and operational analysis.
• Support Executive Committee and Board reporting requirements.
