The successful candidate will lead the FP&A function, provide insights to senior leadership, and develop a high-performing team. A bachelor’s degree, extensive FP&A experience, and a strong technology sector background are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in the technology or digital sector is highly advantageous.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function across the region overseeing budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance and drive profitability.
• Develop robust financial models and tools to support scenario planning.

• Deliver clear concise financial reporting and presentations to regional and global leadership.

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (MBA or professional certification such as CPA CFA or ACCA is preferred).
• 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in the technology or digital sector is highly advantageous.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling forecasting and strategic analysis.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems ERP tools and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
