Al Ghurair is seeking an FP&A leader to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across the BU. You will provide deep financial analysis to guide management decisions and ensure alignment with the Group’s objectives.

You will lead a team of finance professionals, collaborate with commercial and operations teams, and work with the Group FP&A and Advanced Analytics CoE on analytics initiatives. Experience in the Middle East is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or similar.
• CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CFA or equivalent qualification.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Understand macroeconomic trends impacting the BU and provide insights to leadership.
• Drive performance review and analysis with retrospective and prospective insights.
• Support M&A, portfolio analysis and strategic development activities.
• Develop financial strategies for the BU aligned with Group vision and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with commercial & operations to add value with FP&A outputs.
• Lead LT planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes within Group FP&A frameworks.
• Prepare advanced analyses and reports for BU leadership.
• Establish recurring management reporting for financial and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with Group FP&A/Advanced Analytics CoE on analytics rollouts.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on FP&A technology tools.
• Manage large, complex projects and advise senior management on financial implications of investments.
• Build and sustain relationships with external finance community.
