D Prime, a globally recognized online broker, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional sales operations in Dubai. You will drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and expand profitable client portfolios in competitive markets.

The role requires senior sales leadership in Forex/CFDs or financial services, strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, and hands-on execution with CRM, forecasting, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership experience in Forex, CFDs, or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate regional sales teams.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Experience with CRM, forecasting, and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive solution-based sales and account management across designated territories.
• Develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue and growth targets.
• Build, maintain, and grow profitable client portfolios in line with the company’s strategy.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting via CRM.
• Monitor sales performance, manage sales conversion, and consistently drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value.
• Continuously assess sales effectiveness, costs, and results to optimize performance.
