Job summary

Deli Group Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to lead market expansion and distributor development across the GCC. You will craft and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen channel partnerships.

The role requires deep GCC market knowledge, a proven distributor management track record, and the ability to travel across the GCC to onboard and manage key accounts and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles.
• Proven experience managing distributors and channel partners across the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of GCC markets and regional business practices.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve GCC sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, customers, distributors, dealers, and strategic business opportunities.
• Develop, manage, and strengthen distributor and channel partnerships across the GCC.
• Identify and onboard new distributors based on market potential and business requirements.
• Set distributor targets and monitor performance against agreed sales objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Lead commercial negotiations with distributors, customers, and business partners.
• Develop market-entry and expansion plans for new territories and products.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market updates, and business development plans for management.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to execute commercial plans.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Travel across GCC markets as required to manage accounts, distributors, and new business opportunities.
