Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with distributors across GCC and Middle East.
• Ability to develop and execute a distribution strategy for market penetration and growth.
• Oversee logistics, inventory management, and on-time delivery across the network.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage distributor contracts with favorable terms.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing distribution team.
• Establish KPIs to measure channel effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Manage the distribution budget for cost-effectiveness and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customs requirements.
• Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Adaptable and resilient to market changes.
• Experience managing cross-cultural teams and fostering inclusion.
