Job summary

EMT is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across the GCC, with a focus on enterprise and government sectors in UAE and Dubai. You will lead channel partnerships, expand a regional customer base and build robust go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity and IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology or related field.
• 5 years of sales or business development experience in the GCC market, preferably in cybersecurity, IT distribution or technology sales.
• Strong understanding of the regional business landscape, especially government, oil & gas, finance and telecom sectors.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and existing client network in the assigned region is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with enterprise, government and mid-market customers.
• Build and grow a robust sales pipeline in alignment with company objectives.
• Generate demand for distributed solutions (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, networking) through direct and channel-led approaches.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners, resellers and system integrators within GCC.
• Coordinate joint go-to-market activities and enablement initiatives with selected partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key customer accounts and strategic vendors in the GCC market.
• Develop a country-specific business development plan and execute against KPIs and revenue targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights.
• Maintain records in CRM systems and prepare progress reports.
