Job summary

You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain the ATS to ensure a smooth process.

The role requires strong organization, analytical skills, and a collaborative approach with hiring managers to align staffing with business goals while upholding UAE employment laws and diversity

Qualifications

We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and committed to building a strong talent pipeline that supports our organization's growth and success.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels and methods to identify qualified talent
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and customize recruitment strategies based on specific role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights on hiring trends, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire to optimize recruitment processes
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and support diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications and references
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recommendations on recruitment timelines and candidate profiles

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources (minimum 2-3 years)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the UAE
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR tools
• Ability to customize recruitment approaches for different roles and departments
• Knowledge of social media platforms for candidate sourcing and employer branding
• Familiarity with the UAE job market and recruitment landscape
• Multilingual capabilities (Arabic and English preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team
