Job summary

Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new employees. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain the ATS to ensure a smooth process.

The role requires strong organization, analytical skills, and a collaborative approach with hiring managers to align staffing with business goals while upholding UAE employment laws and diversity

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in recruitment or HR.
• Knowledge of UAE employment laws.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates via multiple channels.
• Manage job postings and customize recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS with accurate candidate data and progress.
• Analyze metrics and provide insights on time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and diversity initiatives.
• Conduct background checks and verify qualifications and references.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing timelines and candidate profiles.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the process.
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment events.
• Prepare recruitment reports for HR records.
