Job summary

Confidential is a high-volume, end-to-end recruitment leader based in the UAE, building strong pipelines across multiple branches. You will source talent from hospitality, airlines and cruise liners and run on-site interviews in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other Emirates.

With 8–10 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, you will partner with branch and operations managers, track key KPIs, and drive employer branding while ensuring UAE labour compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 8–10 years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in Hospitality, Airlines or Cruise Liners recruitment mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding handover
• Source candidates from hospitality, airlines and cruise liners
• Build strong networks with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers and training institutes
• Conduct walk-in drives and on-site interviews across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other Emirates

• Ensure recruitment documentation and processes comply with UAE labour requirements
• 8–10 years of pure Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
• Mandatory recruitment experience in Hospitality, Airlines (Cabin Crew/Ground Staff) or Cruise Liners
• Candidates from a generalist HR background will not be considered
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent, Naukri or similar platforms
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
• Willingness to travel across UAE for recruitment drives
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
• UAE driving license is preferred
