Job summary

System8Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, partner with hiring managers, manage offers, and support employer branding to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including 1–2 years in logistics or related fields.
• Understanding of logistics roles, functions, and market landscape.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and close hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience recruiting across international markets is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE labor market and visa regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
