Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition professional to source, screen, interview, and manage a high volume of vacancies for UAE-based clients. You will maintain pipelines, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to placement.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, and ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE recruitment or manpower supply preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate assessments.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments

Desired Candidate Profile

• UAE National (Emirati) only.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Experience in Manpower Supply, Staffing, Outsourcing, Recruitment Agencies, or Workforce Solutions is highly preferred
• UAE recruitment experience is strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, and MS Office
• Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
