Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to build and manage a robust talent pipeline in the UAE. The role focuses on proactively identifying, attracting, and hiring candidates to meet current and future manpower needs, acting as a strategic partner to management.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on UAE recruitment experience, strong market knowledge, and hands-on sourcing, screening, and candidate selection capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on recruitment in UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Strong UAE recruitment market knowledge and networks.
• Experience sourcing candidates independently in retail or related industries.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle across business units, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through networks, referrals, LinkedIn, portals, agencies, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across industries and networks.
• Conduct initial screening and first-round interviews.
• Prepare and present qualified shortlists to senior management and heads of departments.
• Manage candidate communication and offer negotiations through to acceptance.
• Coordinate handover to teams for onboarding and processing.
• Understand current and future manpower requirements with senior management.
• Develop recruitment strategies based on hiring volumes and profiles.
• Maintain a recruitment database and talent pool for current and future vacancies.

Job Summary:

Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for building and managing a strong talent pipeline. The role will focus on proactively identifying, attracting, and hiring suitable candidates for both current and future manpower requirements. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic recruitment partner to management, understanding business needs, anticipating hiring requirements, and ensuring the right talent is available at the right time. The position requires strong market knowledge, extensive sourcing capabilities, and a hands‑on approach to headhunting and candidate selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle across all business units, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
• Proactively source candidates through personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, and direct headhunting.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across different industries and professional networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and first-round interviews.
• Prepare and present qualified candidate shortlists to senior management and relevant business heads.
• Manage candidate communication and offer negotiations through to acceptance.
• Coordinate the recruitment handover to the relevant team for onboarding and administrative processing.
• Work closely with senior management to understand current and future manpower requirements.
• Develop recruitment strategies according to hiring volumes, business requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Maintain an organized recruitment database and talent pool for current and future vacancies.
• Continuously expand sourcing channels and professional networks across the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on recruitment / talent acquisition / headhunting experience in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the UAE recruitment market and established professional candidate networks.
• UAE/Dubai recruitment experience with a proven ability to source candidates independently.
• Experience recruiting within retail, luxury retail, F&B/hospitality, supermarket, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience in retail/luxury retail recruitment will be highly advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and diverse candidate profiles simultaneously.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior management and business unit heads.
