Confidential is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join an educational entity within the Abu Dhabi Government. The role supports end-to-end recruitment across functions, collaborating with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard talent.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment metrics. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required; Arabic and English fluency is preferred.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate records.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment planning activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

• Experience within government, education, or a similar environment would be an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
