Onelink Real Estate in Downtown Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Intern to kickstart your career in a fast-growing, multicultural environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment activities, from sourcing and engaging candidates to coordinating interviews, while earning a paid internship and potential full-time opportunities.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and you will work closely with the recruitment team to learn, grow, and contribute.

• Source and headhunt potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
• Engage candidates, make recruitment calls, and conduct initial screenings.
• CV screening and shortlisting of suitable talent.
• Interview coordination and scheduling for a smooth candidate experience.
• Recruitment support: postings, candidate databases, follow-ups, and hiring trackers.
• Team collaboration with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
