Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
• Engage candidates, make recruitment calls, and conduct initial screenings.
• CV screening and shortlisting of suitable talent.
• Interview coordination and scheduling for a smooth candidate experience.
• Recruitment support: postings, candidate databases, follow-ups, and hiring trackers.
• Team collaboration with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
