Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Handle the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with the management/sales team to understand hiring requirements.
• Support onboarding and other HR activities when required.
