Job summary

Tanqeeb, a growing real estate business in Dubai, seeks an experienced HR / In-House Recruiter to build a recruitment function from the ground up and drive hiring of top real estate professionals.

You will manage full lifecycle recruitment, improve processes, and onboard high-quality agents while collaborating with management on workforce planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency.
• Proven experience recruiting real estate agents in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate attraction methods.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents and corporate positions as required.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
