Job summary

Mira Construction in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR/Recruitment professional to own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for commission-only Real Estate Agents. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline, source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and social media, screen, interview, negotiate and onboard top talent.

You will coordinate onboarding, manage recruitment records, and support broader HR tasks while communicating the commission-based business model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR/Recruitment experience in UAE/Dubai real estate mandatory.
• Experience recruiting Real Estate Agents on a commission-only basis mandatory.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Immediate availability to join is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, onboarding and joining.

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities as required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing selection onboarding and joining
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commission-only Real Estate Agents
• Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals databases referrals social media and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial screening interviews reference checks and candidate assessments
• Clearly communicate the company s commission-only structure expectations and business model to prospective agents
• Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and recruitment targets
• Maintain accurate recruitment records candidate databases and hiring reports
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates
• Support employee agent documentation and other HR-related processes
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities as required
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Track recruitment KPIs pipeline activity joining ratios and overall hiring performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR/Recruitment experience within the UAE/Dubai real estate industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience recruiting Real Estate Agents on a commission-only basis is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate recruitment market and available talent pool.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle .
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Good knowledge of general HR operations and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced real estate environment.
