Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking a Program Manager in MENA to lead After Market Services (AMS) and own end-to-end processes for used and damaged products, maximizing reuse and recovery while safeguarding customer experience.

This cross-functional role requires strong vendor management, data visualization, and project management skills to deliver at scale and ensure profitability, working closely with Retail Tech and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in vendor management and P&L.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.
• Experience collaborating with Ops, Retail, Legal, FinOps, and other teams.
• 5+ years of program or project management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AMS re-commerce and recovery initiatives.
• On-board and manage liquidators; negotiate rates and vetting.
• Drive recovery improvements through high impact programs.
• Coordinate communications with FC/Ops, Retail, and Finance.
• Support leadership communications and business reviews on liquidation impact.
