Job summary

Al-Futtaim Motors in Dubai is seeking a Customer Reception Host to greet visitors and set the tone for every customer’s experience. You will identify reasons for visits, direct guests to the right service teams, and help maintain a seamless journey from arrival to departure.

The role requires strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and prior customer service experience to manage bookings and inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers visiting Al-Futtaim Motors and ensure a warm welcome.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department or Service Advisor.
• Coordinate appointments and manage the customer journey from entry to exit.
• Raise and communicate customer complaints promptly to ensure complete solutions.
• Coordinate with the Customer Engagement Centre for scheduling or rescheduling appointments.
• Contribute to a safe, organized branch environment and assist with health and safety issues.
