Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer queries promptly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in using basic IT systems for logging and managing calls.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
• Strong English communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Pleasant personality with a proactive, hardworking, and motivated approach.
• Understanding of IT systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming telephone communications and note reasons for calls.
• Forward calls to relevant team members based on availability.
• Provide excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures.
• Resolve customer queries promptly within company guidelines before escalating if necessary.
• Attend to customer needs and understand their requirements to handle and forward enquiries efficiently.
• Deal with 'drop-in' customers quickly and proficiently by coordinating with employees and customers.
• Log calls with details including time, date, and caller information.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures.
