Qualifications

Two to three years of customer service experience.
Background in automotive reception, appointment coordination or service support is advantageous.
Excellent spoken communication and interpersonal ability.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers professionally and create a positive first impression of the branch.
Determine the purpose of each visit and direct the customer to the relevant department.
Verify appointments and connect visitors with the assigned Service Advisor.
Coordinate an orderly handover without leaving customers uncertain about the next step.
Answer incoming telephone calls and respond with clear, accurate information.
Schedule or revise service appointments in coordination with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre.
Register customer complaints and upgrade urgent matters to the Reception Manager.
Monitor each complaint through the required cycle and follow up until ownership is confirmed.
Contact customers who miss scheduled appointments and support appropriate rebooking.
Manage electronic Vehicle Health Check activity and related customer coordination.
Help maintain a safe reception environment and report health or safety concerns.
Track customer-service indicators and contribute to branch performance targets.
Acknowledge departing customers and ensure any unresolved matter has been recorded.
