• Ensure accurate customer and vehicle information is conveyed to the workshop to support quality repairs.
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery within promised times.
• Conduct daily operational meetings covering workload, expectations, and performance.
• Track team performance including labour hours, sales, profitability, and customer service metrics.
• Coordinate shift handovers and manage staffing contingencies.
