• Determine the purpose of each visit and direct the customer to the relevant department.
• Verify appointments and connect visitors with the assigned Service Advisor.
• Coordinate an orderly handover without leaving customers uncertain about the next step.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond with clear, accurate information.
• Schedule or revise service appointments in coordination with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre.
• Register customer complaints and upgrade urgent matters to the Reception Manager.
• Monitor each complaint through the required cycle and follow up until ownership is confirmed.
• Contact customers who miss scheduled appointments and support appropriate rebooking.
• Manage electronic Vehicle Health Check activity and related customer coordination.
• Help maintain a safe reception environment and report health or safety concerns.
• Track customer-service indicators and contribute to branch performance targets.
• Acknowledge departing customers and ensure any unresolved matter has been recorded.
