Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong planning and organizing skills to manage reception.
• Proficiency in managing customer interactions and providing high-level service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor to create a positive first impression and support customer satisfaction metrics.
• Identify the reason for the visit and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Direct customers with appointments to the correct Service Advisor for seamless service.
• Provide a courteous send-off to departing customers and acknowledge their visit.
• Escalate customer complaints to the Reception Manager for complete resolution.
• Answer incoming calls and coordinate with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre for scheduling.
• Assist with reception duties when Service Advisors are unavailable to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Report health and safety issues impacting customers or associates.
