Qualifications

• Emirati candidate with Family Book is required.

• Fluent English communication skills are required.

• Customer service experience is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers entering the Toyota service centre and provide a friendly, professional, and respectful first impression.
• Identify customer needs quickly and guide each visitor to the correct service advisor, sales executive, or relevant branch team member.
• Ensure customers with appointments are directed smoothly to the right executive without unnecessary waiting or confusion.
• Support a seamless customer transition from branch entry to introduction with the responsible team member.
• Provide front desk support to all customers visiting the service centre for appointments, vehicle service, enquiries, or general assistance.
• Maintain a warm and professional reception experience that reflects the brand's customer service standards.
