Job summary

Al-Futtaim Motors is seeking a UAE National Receptionist for Toyota/Lexus in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome, directing customers to the correct departments, and coordinating appointments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

You will handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, and coordinate with the Customer Engagement Centre to schedule visits, while upholding health and safety standards and promoting the brand’s commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Proficiency in customer interaction and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and identify their needs.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department to ensure their needs are met.
• Coordinate appointments and manage the customer journey.
• Manage complaints and escalate to the Reception Manager when needed.
• Answer incoming calls and schedule or reschedule appointments with the Service Advisor.
• Support health and safety considerations in the branch.
• Assist in maintaining smooth customer flow and branch operations.
