Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai is seeking an Emiratization Receptionist with fluent English to welcome customers at Toyota Al Badia, Dubai Festival City.

You will act as the first point of contact, direct customers to the correct executive for appointments, and ensure a warm, professional service inside a busy service center, reporting to the Aftersales Manager. A high school diploma and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Emiratization with family book is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to customers visiting the service center and be the first point of contact.
• Ensure customers are welcomed with a warm and professional greeting upon entering the branch.
• Direct customers with appointments to the appropriate executive to ensure a smooth handover to sales.
• Ensure customers receive a friendly send-off when leaving the branch.
