The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming, assisting, and directing clients and guests.
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting or handling inquiries.
  • Organizing meetings and conference calls.
  • Receiving and dispatching mail.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and meeting areas.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Documenting financial transactions and monitoring accounts.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable, posting transactions, and making bank deposits.
  • Administering leave records, medical, and insurance claims.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the Consumer industry.
  • Prior accounting experience is a plus.
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills, professional phone handling.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
  • Team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Goal-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
