MOVENPICK Abu Dhabi is seeking a reception professional to warmly welcome guests from arrival through departure, ensuring a memorable stay with proactive service.

You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, respond to requests with excellence, and promote hotel facilities while seeking opportunities to upsell. Opera experience and multi-language communication are highly valued.

Formación

• At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a 5-star UAE resort.
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, German, Russian or French) is a plus.
• Experience with Opera PMS is mandatory.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

Responsabilidades

What you will be doing

• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities
• Looking for opportunities to enhance a guest s stay through up-selling

Your experience and skills include:

• Should have min. 1 years of experience as Receptionist for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
• Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German / Russian / French languages would be a Plus
• Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
