Job summary

Chalet International Real Estate LLC in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Team Leader to guide and develop a high-performing team of property consultants, driving sales and client success.

You will implement sales strategies, monitor pipelines, and ensure regulatory compliance with UAE and RERA standards, while mentoring your team to close deals and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of team-lead experience in Dubai real estate market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary properties.
• Ability to motivate a team, manage performance, and drive results.
• Valid UAE driving licence and RERA certification are an advantage.
