Job summary

Zopa Plus Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR/Recruitment professional to build and lead a real estate sales recruitment function. You will develop strategies, source from LinkedIn, referrals and industry networks, and identify top Dubai-based agents and sales professionals.

The role requires strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and the ability to work independently to expand the company’s recruitment reach in the Dubai market, establishing policies and onboarding processes

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of HR/recruitment experience in Dubai.
• Experience recruiting real estate agents/salespeople is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate recruitment market.
• Existing network of real estate professionals is a major advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate-evaluation skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented and highly self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and build the recruitment function from the ground up.
• UAE experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a strong real estate sales team.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking and industry contacts.
• Identify experienced real estate agents and sales professionals in Dubai.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews and candidate assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction of selected salespeople.
• Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist in establishing HR policies, procedures and basic HR systems.
• Maintain proper employee records and recruitment documentation.
• Continuously expand recruitment network within Dubai real estate market.
