• Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients and properties.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, listing platforms, and standard office software.
• Relevant education or professional certifications in real estate or business.

Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties and supporting clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and investment opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local regulations and market trends, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance for all transactions. The Senior Property Consultant will also handle client inquiries, provide ongoing after-sales support, and contribute to sales targets through proactive lead generation and relationship building.

Qualifications
