Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property principles.
• Solid sales skills with proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused approach to relationship building.
• Relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market or UAE property sector is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English; other languages are a plus when applicable.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and use digital tools and CRM systems effectively.
• Professional conduct, high ethical standards, and a commitment to transparency and client satisfaction.

Role Description
