Formación

• Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Dubai regulations and procedures.
• Market expertise with a track record of successful property transactions.
• Sales skills including negotiation, lead generation and deal closing capabilities.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and manage client expectations.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is beneficial.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws, market trends and property documentation processes is preferred.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, online listing platforms and basic office software.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing market insights and property-related advisory services. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Real Estate Agent will represent Dubayt's values by delivering professional, transparent, and personalized service to all clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property regulations and procedures in Dubai.
• Candidates should possess Real Estate market expertise and a track record of successful property transactions.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and deal closing capabilities.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.
