Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Consultant will advise clients on buying, selling, and renting luxury properties, including conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and managing client inquiries. Daily responsibilities include researching market trends, maintaining an updated portfolio of available properties, and coordinating with property owners and investors. The role involves negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing documentation, and supporting clients through the end-to-end transaction process. The consultant will also collaborate with the wider team to meet sales targets, participate in training sessions, and uphold UHRE's standards of client service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Real Property, including knowledge of Dubai's property market and relevant regulations.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing transactions.
• Candidates should possess strong Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn quickly, share knowledge, and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work in a client-facing role, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems for property listings, client follow-up, and reporting.
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are an advantage.
