Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Sharjah. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, including conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and managing negotiations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about local market trends and property values. The role involves preparing contracts and documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The Real Estate Agent is expected to provide professional guidance, deliver excellent customer service, and meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property regulations and local market practices.
• Demonstrate practical Real Estate experience, including property listing, marketing, and transaction management.
• Show proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
• Exhibit strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client communication, responsiveness, and relationship building.
• Additional qualifications: strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work on-site in Sharjah; proficiency in basic office and CRM software; fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage); prior experience in Sharjah or UAE real estate market is preferred.
