Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a skilled Admin Executive for our Real Estate sister company. You will manage front desk, CRM and lead administration, property listings and regulatory compliance, and support sales and rental documentation.

You will maintain Propspace CRM, coordinate with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle, and ensure accurate records, reporting, and smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in UAE real estate administration preferred.
• Familiarity with Propspace CRM and Dubai property portals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk, calls, emails and client inquiries.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams on tasks.
• Maintain CRM, listings, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and file sales and rental documentation.
