Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Shift Manager to lead Race & Sportsbook operations, directing shifts and supervising staff to ensure premium service and strict compliance. The role requires a strong background in casino or luxury hospitality and leadership at pace with major events.

The successful candidate will oversee wagering activities, collaborate with marketing and guest services, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of sports events and betting trends.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years in sportsbook, casino operations, or luxury hospitality with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Solid knowledge of sports, racing formats, and betting terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with sportsbook or casino management systems is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during major sporting events.
• Must meet all regulatory requirements for licensing and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee Race and Sportsbook operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and support Supervisors and Writers, providing coaching and feedback.
• Monitor wagering activity, payouts, and cash handling to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns or disputes with professionalism and guest satisfaction in mind.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate updates and expectations.
• Ensure the Race and Sportsbook counter is staffed and stocked with guides and materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Guest Services, and Slot Operations for promotions and events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global sporting events and betting trends.
• Prepare shift reports documenting updates, guest feedback, and irregularities.
• Enforce Wynn Resorts’ service standards, AML protocols, and UAE regulations.
