Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years in sportsbook, casino ops, or luxury hospitality with 2+ years in supervisory/shift management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills for fast-paced teams.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Solid knowledge of sports, racing formats, betting terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of sportsbook/casino systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Race and Sportsbook operations during shifts.
• Supervise and coach Supervisors and Writers.
• Monitor wagering activity, payouts, and cash handling for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings communicating updates and expectations.
• Ensure counter is staffed, organized, and stocked with guides and promos.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Guest Services, and Slot Operations on promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of global events and betting trends to anticipate needs.
• Prepare shift reports with updates and feedback.
• Enforce Wynn Resorts’ service standards, AML protocols, and UAE regulations.
