Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; team management in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Race and Sportsbook operations during shifts.
• Supervise Supervisors and Writers with coaching and feedback.
• Monitor wagering activity, payouts, and cash handling for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and guest satisfaction focus.
• Prepare shift reports documenting updates and irregularities.
