Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Plan in line with contract requirements and ISO standards
• Review and approve method statements, inspection and test plans, material submittals, and shop drawings
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure workmanship meets approved standards
• Monitor construction activities covering civil, architectural, and finishing works
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and local authority regulations
• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams on all quality-related matters
• Witness material testing, inspections, and trial works to verify compliance
• Maintain and control QA QC documentation, records, and reporting systems
• Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and final handover inspections
• Support authority inspections and ensure project readiness for audits and approvals

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 8 to 15 years of relevant QA QC experience on construction projects
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with consultant firms in the UAE
• Proven background on high-rise and residential building developments
• Strong knowledge of QA QC systems, inspection test plans, and quality procedures
